Selected PDF page preview

Choose a PDF and signature image to arrange them here.

Adds an image to one selected page only. Originals stay unchanged and files are not uploaded. The new PDF removes forms, annotations, links, attachments and document metadata; existing digital signatures are not preserved. Do not use for documents where filled forms or annotations must be retained.

This places a signature image. It does not provide identity verification or certificate-based digital signing.

A LITTLE MORE DETAIL

A signature image, without the printer.

Fill a blank signature area on a request or acknowledgement. Pick a page and position your prepared signature on the actual document preview.

How it works

  1. 01

Choose an unencrypted PDF and a signature image, or continue with a PNG from the transparent signature tool.

  2. 02

Select the page and drag the signature. Fine-tune with the size and position sliders or arrow keys.

  3. 03

Create a new PDF, check its actual page preview and download. Your original file stays unchanged.

Questions, answered.

Is this certified digital signing?

No. This places an image, without identity verification, signing certificates or an audit trail. Check the recipient’s required signing method.

Are existing forms and annotations retained?

No. The new document strips forms, annotations, links, attachments and document metadata, and does not preserve existing digital signatures. Do not use it when filled form fields or annotations must remain.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Processing stays in your browser. A signature passed from the signature tool is held briefly in the current tab’s memory and disappears on refresh.
