Done & Dandy is designed to finish small file jobs without turning those files into our data.

Images, PDFs and other files selected in a tool are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to Done & Dandy, stored on our servers or included in analytics.
Some tools intentionally preserve original bytes or metadata because that is the requested job. Each tool explains this before processing.
Optional analytics
Firebase Analytics loads only after you agree. We may record the tool identifier and broad activity such as a tool view. We do not send filenames, file contents, metadata values, free-form tool input, blob URLs or download URLs.
Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed from the analytics settings control.
Tool suggestions
If you send a tool suggestion, we process the category, message, page, language and submission time so it can be delivered to our helpdesk. We do not ask for your name, email address or a file.
A short-lived abuse-prevention signal may be processed to protect the form. Suggestion messages remain in the helpdesk only as long as needed to review product ideas and handle abuse.
Third parties and contact
When enabled, Firebase provides consent-based analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile checks suggestion submissions for automated abuse, and Resend delivers the suggestion email. Each provider processes only the information needed for that role.
